Intelligent platforms
Software platforms designed around real operations, environments and users.
Software / AI / Connected systems
We design and engineer software platforms that connect artificial intelligence, data, operations, people and real-world environments.
01 / What we build
We create software foundations for complex environments, bringing together digital products, applied intelligence, operational data and the systems organisations already depend on.
Software platforms designed around real operations, environments and users.
Applied AI for interaction, reasoning, orchestration, automation and decision support.
Connections across APIs, data, commerce systems, devices and existing infrastructure.
Digital systems designed to become part of how an organisation works.
Contextual, adaptive interaction across physical and digital touchpoints.
Structured information that turns activity into useful operational understanding.
02 / Capabilities
Useful systems are rarely a single feature. They combine software, intelligence, interfaces, data and integration into one coherent operating environment.
Architecture / Interaction / Operations
Capabilities are selected and composed around the environment, not assembled into a generic technology stack for its own sake.
03 / Technology in operation
The strongest technology is visible in what it enables: a coherent experience for the user and structured understanding for the organisation behind it.
Experience path
Context-aware interaction“Tell me more about what I’m experiencing.”
Arena Omnis™ / Capability example
A conventional guided tasting can become a responsive digital experience. An AI host can answer each visitor, understand the stage of the journey, introduce products in context and adapt the interaction without losing its structure.
Visitors engage through voice and interface rather than navigating a rigid sequence of screens.
The experience recognises where the visitor is in the journey and introduces relevant content at the appropriate moment.
Questions, interests and interaction mode can shape the conversation while the experience remains coherent.
Completion, engagement, recurring questions and feedback can become useful experience intelligence.
04 / Experience → Intelligence → Action
A responsive experience can turn a fleeting interaction into structured operational insight.
A visitor interacts naturally through voice, interface and environment.
The platform interprets progression, questions, engagement and context.
Structured information helps improve content, operations and commercial decisions.
05 / Experience intelligence
Completion, duration, question patterns and progression can help an organisation understand how an experience is performing and where it can be improved.
Illustrative values show the type of intelligence the platform can produce.
A conventional interaction may disappear once the visitor leaves. An intelligent experience can preserve structured signals about what attracted attention, where engagement changed and which questions recurred.
That understanding can inform content, experience design, operational priorities and commercial decisions without exposing the proprietary systems that produce it.
06 / Platform philosophy
Technology becomes durable when intelligence, integration, context and governance are architectural concerns from the beginning.
Designed to grow without requiring wholesale replacement.
Built to connect with existing infrastructure rather than replace it without reason.
AI belongs within the underlying system, not as a superficial addition.
Technology should understand users, information, environment and operational state.
Access, separation and governance are architectural concerns from the outset.
Capable of supporting an individual deployment and broader networks where required.
07 / Platforms / Flagship platform
Intelligent experience systems
Arena Omnis™ is a technology foundation for intelligent, interactive environments. It connects software, artificial intelligence, real-time interaction, operational data, commerce and physical experience within one adaptable platform.
It shows how a common technology layer can support different real-world environments without defining our work around a single sector.
Arena Omnis™ is developed by PINO BOTTA LTD.

08 / Application environments
The technology adapts to each environment. The environment does not have to reshape itself around the technology.
Context-aware journeys for places where people visit, explore, taste, stay and participate.
Connected experiences that bring product information, interaction and transactions into one flow.
Real-time information, workflow and orchestration for complex operating environments.
Adaptive information and guided interaction across formal and informal learning settings.
Connected information, access and service layers for buildings, portfolios and workplaces.
Accessible interaction and operational support for care, wellbeing and health environments.
Interpretation, participation and audience intelligence for public and cultural experiences.
Shared intelligence and service experiences for organisations, teams and public-facing operations.
Connected systems for physical assets, services, movement and resource-intensive environments.
Potential application environments for adaptable technology systems. These are not claims of current customers or deployments.
09 / Company
We develop software platforms that bridge digital systems and the environments in which people work, visit, learn, transact and interact.
Our work combines software engineering, artificial intelligence, data, automation and systems integration to create technology that can become part of an organisation’s operational infrastructure.

This notice explains the limited personal information involved when you visit this corporate website or choose to contact us.
PINO BOTTA LTD, company number 11648845, is the data controller for this website.
Pino Botta Ltd is the data controller for Arena Omnis™ services where Pino Botta Ltd determines the purposes and means of processing personal data. Where we process data solely for a client, our role may instead be processor or sub-processor and is governed by the relevant agreement.
The website has no contact form, account creation, mailing list, CRM signup or marketing registration.
We use limited technical data to deliver, protect and diagnose the website. Our basis is legitimate interests in operating a secure and reliable corporate website, and legal obligations where they apply.
We use correspondence to answer enquiries, take steps requested before a contract, manage business relationships and retain necessary records.
WordPress, GoDaddy, Cloudflare and Microsoft 365 support website delivery, security, hosting and email. They may process limited technical data under their own service terms and safeguards.
Technical logs are retained for limited periods under provider security and operational schedules. Correspondence is kept only while needed for the enquiry, business records, disputes or legal obligations.
The presentation block sets no cookies. The live delivery layer currently uses Cloudflare bot management and GoDaddy traffic or performance scripts. See Cookies for the current detail.
We do not use advertising pixels, behavioural profiling, session recording or marketing cookies in this implementation.
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict personal data, object to processing, or receive portable data. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the basis.

We aim to make this website accessible to as many people as reasonably possible. We review the experience as the site and its content evolve.
The layout adapts from large desktop screens to small mobile screens without requiring horizontal page scrolling. If your device requests reduced motion, non-essential transitions are minimised and the network visual becomes static.
We do not claim that every part of the site will meet every accessibility need or that testing is exhaustive. Hosting, browser and assistive technology differences can affect the experience.
If you have difficulty using the site or need information in another format, email pino@pinobotta.com. Please describe the page, device and issue if you can.
We will consider reasonable requests and aim to respond constructively.
The PB presentation block does not set cookies. The live website's hosting and security layer currently uses limited technical services described below.
__cf_bm is set by Cloudflare for bot management and protection of the website. The current public response sets it for approximately 30 minutes. It is classified as strictly necessary for security and is not used by us for advertising.
The live WordPress host currently loads GoDaddy traffic and performance scripts. These may process technical event data used to operate and measure the service. The self-contained website block does not add or expand those scripts.
Optional host measurement should be disabled before launch if it is not needed. If future configuration introduces non-essential storage, consent controls and this notice must be updated before that use begins.
This implementation contains no Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, advertising network, session recording, CRM tracking or behavioural profiling.
You can use browser settings to inspect, block or delete cookies. Blocking a strictly necessary security cookie may affect access. We do not add a consent banner because the block itself uses no non-essential cookies.
Cookie behaviour can change when hosting or security settings change. We will review this notice after material changes. Questions may be sent to pino@pinobotta.com.
